Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective items.
If the product you ordered is found to be damaged or defective, please submit an exchange or return request through your order history in your account page within the eligible return period.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays).
Refunds
If your return is approved and a refund is issued, Shopify will usually initiate the refund process within 2 business days.

If you paid with Bitcoin, refunds will be made in your local (fiat) currency.
