Order Processing Time

Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM (JST) on business days are typically shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that during high-demand periods, such as immediately after the site launch, order processing and shipping may take longer. We appreciate your understanding.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Japan (Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, Hokkaido): Approximately 1–3 days from the shipping date.
• Japan (Okinawa & remote islands): Approximately 3–4 days from the shipping date.
• United States (DHL): Approximately 3–18 days from the shipping date.
• International (EMS): Approximately 3–18 days from the shipping date, depending on the destination country.

Please note that Bitcoin Japan will not be held liable for any issues (delays, etc.) attributable to a third-party delivery companies and the above timeframes are general estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or the location of the delivery address.

Shipping Methods

Your order will be shipped according to the following schedule:

• Regular (in-stock) items:

  Once payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM (JST) on business days will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Pre-order items:

  These will be shipped sequentially as soon as the products are in stock.

• When ordering both regular and pre-order items together:

  They will be shipped separately. Regular items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination country or region and the total weight of the items, according to the rate structures of our partnered carriers.

Important Notice

For deliveries within Japan, the recipient’s name and address must be provided in correct Japanese characters. Incorrect or improperly formatted address information may result in delivery issues or delays. Please note that addresses containing alphabetic characters may result in errors, except for apartment or building names.

If you notice any errors in your order information after placing the order, please contact us here as soon as possible.

Important Notice: Revision of Shipping Fees

Starting October 1, 2025, our domestic shipping fees within Japan will be revised due to changes in the delivery rates of our partner carrier, Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
