Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Returns for Your Order

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective items.
If the product you received is damaged or defective, please submit an exchange or return request through your order history in your account page within the eligible return period.
Once we receive your request, we will respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays).

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received (unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging). A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be shipped at your expense to the following address:

Please include the packing slip with your returned item. Prepare a return shipping label and indicate “5187: Metaplanet Inc.” in the remarks field of the label. If you have any questions about returns, please visit our FAQ page for more information.

Note: Returns are not accepted for custom products (made-to-order items, personalized items), sale items, pre-order items, or gift cards.


Exchanges for Your Order

If you would like to exchange a defective item, please return the current item first. Once the return is approved, a new item will be sent to you.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether a refund is approved. If approved, refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us from our FAQ page.

When a return is approved and a refund is issued, Shopify will process the refund, which usually begins within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Once a refund has been initiated, it cannot be canceled or reversed.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union (EU)

Notwithstanding the above, customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds for Bitcoin Payments

If you made your purchase using Bitcoin and are eligible for a refund under our standard refund policy, the refund will be issued in fiat currency (your local currency), based on the conversion rate at the time of the original transaction. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please note that due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the refunded fiat amount may not match the current value of Bitcoin at the time of refund.
