Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. If your order is canceled and a refund is applicable, Shopify will initiate the refund process within approximately 2 business days.

Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid with Bitcoin, the refund will be processed in local currency (fiat) via bank transfer. Refunds are processed directly by Shopify, not by our company. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Once the refund process has started, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or packing slip

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please send the return package to the following address:

Please include the packing slip in the return package. Please prepare a return shipping label or return form and clearly write: “5187: Metaplanet Inc.” in the remarks section.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us here immediately. We will review the situation and provide appropriate support. Please note that we do not accept returns for custom products (e.g., made-to-order or personalized items), Sale or clearance items, Pre-order items and Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another product, please first return the item currently in your possession. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as a receipt or packing slip.

Refunds for Returned Items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us here.

Refunds for Bitcoin Payments

If you made your purchase using Bitcoin and are eligible for a refund under our standard refund policy, the refund will be issued in fiat currency (your local currency), based on the conversion rate at the time of the original transaction. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please note that due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the refunded fiat amount may not match the current value of Bitcoin at the time of refund.
